In the last couple of weeks I am closely involved in another creative project – the new bridal magazine “European Bride”. I’ve worked on a number of magazines before, but this is my first experience as a Creative Director for a bridal publication which will be very different from it’s competition. I simply could not miss this opportunity.
About six months ago I was passing by the new bridal store in Brooklyn and walked in to take a look. I’ve done a lot of weddings and have seen a lot of brides, but the dresses in the store stood out. Their clean, modern yet classy look and level of details would make a great fashion show. The owner of the gallery, Natalie, was very passionate talking about her “new baby”. This was her first entrepreneurial experience after working for many years for one of the fashion houses in Manhattan. What she was lacking at that point are the right advertising tools to promote her store and services. After I shared with her my experience as an Art Director and Wedding Videographer I offered my help. Since then I am producing most of the promotional materials for her store.
